humarucoffee.com is operated by PT. Humaru Saudara Sukses ("Humaru"), a coffee cloud kitchen in Medan Satria, Bekasi. By ordering through this website you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully verified by the system. Menu availability may change. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a refund.

Product photos illustrate how drinks are served. Actual appearance may vary slightly.

Prices & payment

All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah. [Decide: prices include/exclude tax.] Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on distance and courier, and shown before you pay.

Payments are processed by Midtrans. Humaru never receives or stores your card number or PIN.

Delivery

Deliveries are handled by third-party courier partners. Time estimates may be affected by traffic or weather. Please make sure your address, map pin, and WhatsApp number are correct and reachable.

Bulk, workshops, and event booths

Bulk orders, workshop tickets, and booth/catering bookings may require advance payment or a deposit. Dates, quantities, and costs are confirmed in writing before payment.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The Humaru name, logo, photos, and content on this website belong to Humaru and may not be used without written permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version is always available on this page with its update date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
