In short
PT. Humaru Saudara Sukses only collects the data needed to process and deliver your order, and never sells your personal data. This policy follows Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022).
What we collect
Name, WhatsApp number, delivery address and map pin, email (if provided), and order details. For payments we only receive the transaction status from Midtrans, never your card or bank details.
Why we use it
To process, prepare, and deliver orders; contact you about your order; handle complaints and refunds; and meet legal and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us operate: Midtrans (payments), Biteship and courier partners (delivery), and Cloudflare and Supabase (hosting and data storage). Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies or personal data. Each receives only what it needs.
How long we keep it

Storage on your device
